The online development toolkit gives you access to a variety of resources to support you. All employees have access to the toolkit - so if you’re looking to prepare for your annual review, approach a challenging conversation or to take part in some CPD this is the place to look.
Through the online development toolkit you have access to a range of resources including eLearning, articles, how to guides, short videos, audio and infographics. There is a brief description available of each resource along with an estimate of how long it will take you to read, watch or listen to.
The homepage is easy to navigate with resources divided into:
