Emotions through Time: From Antiquity to Byzantium (ETT) is an international and interdisciplinary research network which examines the interactions between ancient and Byzantine emotion. Our aim is to explore the transformation and assimilation of ancient affectivity in Byzantium and the creation of new emotional paradigms and vocabulary.
