You can start to think about your course choice preferences now.
View your course options online
The University provides a visual course selection and programme builder tool called Path.
You will be able to log in via MyEd. Use Path to look at your degree pathway, review outside course choices, find out more information about courses and generate a provisional timetable.
Make sure that you have your log in details ready (the ones you use to sign into Your University Login and MyEd) - you'll need them to access Path!
Course timetables
You will also need to check the timetable for courses you want to take - you can check the times courses are scheduled for in Path, and can use the tool to prepare a provisional timetable.
You won’t need to tell us about your courses that are core to your programme, as they will be automatically assigned.
Pre-course enrolment
You will be offered the opportunity to select your course preferences using our online Course Choice Preference form. Details on how to select your course preferences will be sent to you via e-mail towards the end of the summer.
The deadline for indicating your course preferences are:
- 7 August 2023 for MSc Online students
- 28 August 2023 for MSc on-campus students.
Please note: Courses will not be confirmed until after Welcome Week. Once you are fully enrolled on your courses you will have access the relevant course materials in LEARN.
