Our application system is upgrading

Please note that there is an upcoming annual upgrade to our student application and record system, EUCLID. 

Access to EUCLID and visiting students’ applications will be unavailable as follows:

  • 1 April, 8am – 2pm (BST)
  • 26 April, 2pm until 29 April, 9am (BST)

This means that you may not be able to start or amend your visiting student application during this time.

You still have time to submit your application before the final deadline, 31 May 2024.

Application Review

Study Abroad and Exchange applications are processed on a rolling admissions basis.

Both the College of Science & Engineering*, and the College of Arts Humanities & Social Sciences, Visiting Student Offices aim to contact applicants within 6 weeks of receiving a completed application.

*Semester 2 applications to the College of Science & Engineering will be processed in September. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a decision on your application.

If you want to make any changes to your application after submission (such as changes to your preferred course list, personal information) please contact your Visiting Student Office.
