The School of GeoSciences has around 18 taught Masters programmes. With many programmes with an established heritage (including GIS, Environmental Sustainabilty and Environmental Protection and Management), we also add to our offering regularly with new MScs in Marine Systems and Policies and Earth Observation and GeoInformation Management as well as innovative online distance learning opportunities, for example, in Carbon Management. Additionally, 5 programmes are run collaboratively with Scotland's Rural College.

This degree is for graduates planning a career in plant protection in agriculture, horticulture, forestry or urban settings, or policy development, plant health inspection, research, consultancy and conservation management, and private industry.
