What is EventsAIR?
EventsAIR is an online platform which provides end-to-end management for large scale online events (such as conferences or open days).
The EventsAIR platform provides services beyond other platforms for online events at the University (such as Teams and Zoom). It provides communications and registration management, exhibitor stands, multiple sessions, breakout and networking capabilities within each event and University of Edinburgh (and individual School) branding.
The EventsAIR platform also requires more effort and resource (in staff numbers and training) to get events up and running.

EventsAIR has various features which set it apart from other platforms available at the University for online events.
- Booths / Stalls - You can set up booths/stalls for staff or guest hosts at your event, and attendees can have one-to-one video and text chats with exhibitors
- Custom branding throughout the event
- Registration management - A customisable registration email can be sent out via EventsAIR
- Surveys after the event - You can send out surveys to attendees after your event via EventsAIR
- Run up to 4 webinars concurrently in the same event
- Custom background music
- View live data on event performance
