Issues that staff bring to counselling

Staff approach our Service with a wide range of issues (not all work related) and we can respond sensitively to a diverse range of concerns people may have.

Some typical concerns that staff bring to counselling are:

  • managing change and transitions
  • relationship difficulties
  • depression
  • harassment and bullying
  • anxiety
  • bereavement or loss
  • stress which is interfering with the ability to function effectively at work or home
  • personal problems at home or work
  • alcohol or drug use
