Located in the main concourse at Appleton Tower.

Absorb is open throughout term time when students are on campus to provide additional catering facilities when needed for a quick lunch or coffee.  The menu is traditional and tasty with hot toasties, nourishing soups and freshly made coffee.

In addition to the WIFI there are over 50 desk top computers for the use of staff and students alike.

Situated within the Bayes Centre, the café supports a diverse population of building users, both internal and external.

Bayes provides a variety of food offers throughout the day including, fruit and bircher pots, breakfast wraps, pastries and muffins. For lunch there is an extensive range of salad boxes, wraps, snack pots and artisan rolls/buns to choose from to sit in or takeaway for those in a rush.

Freshly ground 100% Arabica coffee is available throughout the day with a choice of dairy and non-dairy milks to customise just as like it!

The Café is set in the Hunter Building at the heart of the Edinburgh College of Art.  The Café uses simple tile, wood and concrete to provide a clean, Scandinavian style of environment which has a range of dining seating configurations.

The extensive menu focuses on the best produce from Scotland and around the UK with a wide variety of choices including a quick Grab & Go service or a full plated offer.   We are proud to work with Coffee Conscience who supply our 100% Arabica coffee beans which our baristas will prepare for you throughout the day.

For breakfast why not tuck into one of our hot filled breakfast rolls or choose from pancakes or French toast with a choice of toppings.  For lunch we have a range of salads/pasta and burgers or go for our daily special such as Friday fish & chips or our weekly Thursday curry club.

ECCI Café can be found at the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation located within the Old High School on Infirmary Street. The café is open Monday to Friday serving a range of food.

We offer hot and cold snacks such as paninis, baguettes, soup as well as a choice of hot drinks, freshly made smoothies and a wide selection of confectionary and crisps.

The café is located on the ground floor with a lovely outside seating area as well as a choice of booths, tables and stools inside.

The Exchange Café is a bright, easily accessible cafe within the heart of the University's central area located on the ground floor of The Business School at 29 Buccleuch Place.
