Working during your studies

Many students have a part-time job during semester and many more work during their summer vacations. UK employers expect that graduates will have some experience of working so it is important to think about how you might fit this experience into your time at the University of Edinburgh.

Working outside the UK

You may be considering working outside of the UK once you graduate, whether that's to return home or work in another country. Although planning your career from a distance can be challenging, the Careers Service can provide you with help and support in the process
