Get involved

Every year thousands of Edinburgh alumni become actively involved by helping the University in our various activities around the world.

From providing industrial placements and career development advice to students, organising and attending reunions, providing alumni profiles or donating to the University, there are lots of ways you can become involved.

From the School's point of view, this kind of interaction is hugely important in both keeping our industrial knowledge-base up to date and also helping our students get the best experiences possible. Alumni engagement can help ensure our students graduate with all the skills they need to enter successful careers in life sciences and related industries.

If you would like to talk about how you, or your company, could help the School by providing placements or careers advice in this way, please contact Craig Rutherford.

You can learn more about providing an alumni profile on our Alumni Spotlight page.
