Gifford Discussion Forum

We are delighted to invite you to this year's Gifford Discussion Forum, hosted by the Royal Society of Edinburgh in partnership with the University of Edinburgh.

Professor Jeffrey Stout will be joined by leading international academics to discuss questions from the audience arising from his Gifford Lecture Series, "Religion Unbound: Ideals and Powers from Cicero to King".

Dr Alison Elliot, Associate Director of the Centre for Theology and Public Issues at the University of Edinburgh will chair the discussion.

Professor Mona Siddiqui, Professor in Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations, University of Edinburgh, will give the vote of thanks.
