Central area group

Sessions will get underway for beginners, so those that are keen can see the benefits for themselves. These are on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes and run for 12 weeks at no cost. They build up activity gradually, starting from jogging one minute intervals in week one, and adding on a minute each week.

The first session will start on Tuesday 11 September 2012.

Experienced runners are also welcome to join us at any point in the year. We meet outside McEwan Hall every Tuesday and Thursday at 12.30pm.

If you have any questions before the open meeting for the central group please use the contact details below. Information concerning other area groups are available from the related links.
