A global network of experts developing innovative solutions for the world’s most challenging problems.
The Global Academies are inspired by a growing recognition that today's problems are increasingly complex and international in nature. They require thoughtful, collaborative solutions.
The Global Development Academy, the Global Environment and Society Academy (GESA) and the Global Health Academy provide a step change in the way the University is able to build multi-disciplinary responses to these complex global issues.
The Academies bring together experts from over 25 academic disciplines to engage in global collaborative research to improve the quality of life for people across the world.
They also cross traditional subject boundaries to offer world leading interdisciplinary postgraduate degrees that equip future leaders to combat global challenges.
