The Chancellor’s Building provides modern open laboratory space for teaching and research.
It was opened by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, Chancellor of the University, on 12th August 2002.
The building has two large lecture theatres and a medical library together with research laboratories.
Taking pride of place in the main entrance is the Morton Tapestry by Alan Davie, "To a Celtic Spirit".
